New Event - Building Mental Resilience in Sport

Competitive sport at any level can help individuals to build their physical and mental resilience and improve personal self esteem.

However, highs and lows in performance, injuries and retirement can leave sportsmen and women with a great sense of loss, lack of direction and depression. Our panel of experienced leaders on the field of play share with you their experiences of building resilience, meeting challenges and setting new goals. 

We're assembling an expert panel from the world's of local Rugby, GAA and Football, who will discuss their personal journeys. 

This free event is open to all and will take place on Friday 28th April at Inspire HQ, Lombard Street, Belfast from 10am - 12pm. Light refreshments will be served.
